This portal serves as a pivotal resource, showcasing public health data gathered from the District Health Information Software 2 (DHIS-2), and is designed to empower you with comprehensive health information at your fingertips. The HMIS portal provides essential health data, like vaccination rates and disease outbreaks, to empower informed health decisions and bridge the gap between data and action for a responsive healthcare system.
